We check every passport photo against every rule the State Department publishes before you pay. If they reject a photo we approved, you get twice what you paid. That is the whole promise.
Passport photos
What you get back: two times the full order price, including any print pickup or mailing fee, to the card you paid with.
How to claim: email the rejection notice to hello@aiphotographer.ai within 90 days of your order, or open your order page from your receipt and use the refund link. Attach the notice there.
How fast: the refund is issued within 3 business days of your claim. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Not covered:
- A photo you used after our check failed it and you chose "use anyway".
- A photo taken more than 6 months before you submitted it to the State Department. That is their rule, and no photo passes it.
Headshots
It will look like you. If it does not, email us within 14 days of your order and we refund the full price. No form, no argument.
