Team Plan, for new hires. $19.95 a month for 5 headshots a month. Unused headshots roll over one month. Cancel any time. The team link stays live and the team style stays saved, so a new hire's headshot matches everyone else's on day one.
Invoice billing. From 25 seats, we send an invoice with net 30 terms. No company card required.
Nothing here is added to a cart for you. When you set up a plan, the price, the seat count, the renewal date and the cancel link are on the same screen as the button.
How it works
1. Pick the style once. Neutral studio, soft gray, or your brand color. Crop for LinkedIn, a directory or the website. Every seat inherits it.
2. Share one link. Email it, drop it in Slack, or print the QR code for the office. Each person opens it on their own phone, takes the photo, and sees the result before they submit. No app, no login.
3. Approve and download. New submissions appear in your gallery. Approve, ask for a retake with one click, and download the whole team in one zip. New hires later use the same link.
Why real photos and not generated ones
Generated headshots are the same person every time you look at them: smoothed, symmetrical, slightly off. Yours are photos of your actual people, edited the way a photographer would edit them. Background, light, color, crop, and nothing else. Faces are never regenerated. That is why they look like your team in the meeting, not like a stock catalog.
Privacy for your people
Each person is told, before they take the photo, what happens to it: it is used to make their headshot, it is never used to train AI, and it is deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner if they or you press delete now. As the admin, you confirm that everyone on the link has agreed to that. The full details are on our privacy page.
FAQ
Do team members need an account? No. They open the link on their phone, take the photo, and they are done. You, the admin, get a login by email link so you can see the gallery.
Can people retake their photo? Yes. Anyone can retake before submitting, and you can request a retake from the gallery.
What if someone cannot use their phone? They can upload an existing photo through the same link. It gets the same backdrop and crop.
We have 60 people. How is that billed? $7.95 a person, and you can ask for an invoice with net 30 terms instead of paying by card.
Can we get individual downloads too? Yes. Each person receives their own headshot by email when you approve it, and you get the zip.
